Mr Litten will be writing a weekly newsletter, with the aim to share with you all that is good about our school and its children.

Dear Parents, pupils, and staff,
An incredible week for our school! Forty children had the opportunity to go to Birmingham Arena, for Young Voices 2026 and our very own molly dancers did an amazing job at the Straw Bear Festival.

Young Voices 2026
We would like to offer a heartfelt thank you to Mr Allen, Mrs Hibbins and Miss Littlechild for their commitment, enthusiasm and hard work in preparing our school choir for Young Voices at the Birmingham Arena.
Week after week, they have given their time to run choir practices, helping the children learn new songs, grow in confidence and experience the joy of performing together. Their encouragement and energy have made rehearsals a highlight for many pupils.
Our Wonderful Molly Dancers
We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Miss Whitehand and our school’s talented Molly dancers for their outstanding performance at this year’s Straw Bear
Festival. Their enthusiasm, teamwork, and dedication shone through in every step, bringing energy and colour to one of our region’s most cherished traditions.
Under Miss Whitehand’ s expert guidance, the group performed with confidence and joy, representing the school beautifully. Many festival-goers commented on how delightful it was to see young dancers taking part and helping keep this important piece of local heritage alive.
We are incredibly proud of all the pupils involved.

An up-to-date list of future term dates is below. Thank you for supporting our school we are proud of your children and all they achieve.
